- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 軸部材と軸受部材を回動自在に枢支してな
る自動車のドアヒンジ装置において、前記軸受部
材を、一方の面にグリス溜め用の凹溝を設けた軸
受用平板をカールして形成したことを特徴とする
自動車のドアヒンジ装置。 (2) 凹溝は軸方向に対して垂直または傾斜させ
てなることを特徴とする請求項１記載の自動車の
ドアヒンジ装置。 (3) 凹溝はプレス成形により設けたことを特徴
とする請求項１又は２記載の自動車のドアヒンジ
装置。
