化粧料に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a paper-like cosmetic that is stable and has a novel feeling of use. In more detail, it is a stable and novel capsule containing a compression-disintegrating soft resin capsule containing an oily component (or an oily component and a coloring component) and having a capsule membrane made of a resin insoluble in the encapsulated material, powder, and a binder. The present invention relates to a paper-like cosmetic that has a comfortable feel when used.

These paper-like cosmetics are convenient to carry and easy to use, so they are very convenient for touching up makeup when traveling or going out.

It had drawbacks such as floating powder. This situation is most noticeable in makeup cosmetics such as foundations and eye shadows.
Currently, it is difficult to commercialize paper-like fan-anyongs, paper-like eye shadows, etc.

としては不適なものであった。In addition, even if oil is added to these conventional paper-based cosmetics, the oil will be absorbed by the paper, so the effect will not be achieved.
This has the disadvantage that the adhesion between the binder and the paper is reduced, making it difficult to apply the cosmetic to the paper. or,
As paper absorbs oil, the strength of the paper itself decreases,
This caused phenomena such as the paper tearing during use, making it unsuitable for use as a dish-shaped cosmetic.

If the capsule is smaller than ugly, it will be difficult to break the capsule during makeup operation, and the oily component (or oily component and coloring component) will not be released, which is the objective of the present invention. On the other hand, if it exceeds 100 μm, a rough and strange feeling will be produced when applied to the skin.

If the amount of inclusions is less than 10% by weight, the effect of the inclusions will not be apparent. Conversely, if the amount of inclusions exceeds 95% by weight, the strength of the capsule shell (capsule membrane) will decrease, and the capsule will be damaged during the product manufacturing process. This causes problems such as the collapse of the structure.

The blending amount can be changed during this period depending on the application. If the amount is less than 1% by weight, even if resin capsules are added, the effect will not be exhibited and it will be meaningless. If it exceeds 70% by weight, the amount of powder will decrease and the coloring power, hiding power, etc. will decrease, making it impossible to obtain a particularly desirable makeup product.

It is blended in an amount of 30 to 98.9% by weight, but the blending amount can be varied within this range depending on the application. If it is less than 30% by weight, it is unsuitable for use as a makeup product for the above reasons, and if it exceeds 98.9% by weight, the amount of other essential ingredients (compressible disintegrable soft resin capsule and binder) will be lower than that of the present invention. The amount is below the limit that can achieve the purpose and is meaningless.

If it is less than 0.1% by weight, the binder amount will be significantly reduced, making it impossible to coat the compressible disintegrating soft resin capsules and powder on paper, and the paper-like cosmetic will not be obtained. Moreover, if it exceeds 10% by weight, it is unsuitable because it makes it difficult for cosmetics to stick to it, and it also causes hardening of the paper, resulting in poor feel on the skin.

For example, it can be obtained by dispersing an oily component or an oily component and a coloring component, a powder, and a binder in water and/or hydrous alcohol, coating it on a special paper, and then drying it. When a hydrous alcohol is used, it is preferably an aliphatic alcohol having 3 or less carbon atoms and a water content of 10% or more.

た。[Effects of the Invention] The compression-disintegrable soft resin capsule containing an oily component or an oily component and a coloring component of the present invention is stable, and
The paper-like makeup cosmetic of the present invention is made by coating a special paper with a composition consisting of 70% by weight, 30 to 98.9% by weight of powder, and 0.1 to 10% by weight of binder as essential ingredients. The compression-disintegrable soft resin capsule disintegrates for the first time when applying makeup, and its contents are released, providing a new feeling of use. In other words, the present invention makes it possible to incorporate oil and other oil-based ingredients into paper-based cosmetics, which was previously impossible, and improves the powderiness of conventional paper-based cosmetics such as paper-white powder and paper blusher, as well as their tendency to deteriorate over time. Usability problems such as powder floating and poor adhesion have been overcome.

。Furthermore, the biggest advantage is that it is now possible to create paper-like makeup cosmetics such as foundations and eye shadows with a relatively high oil content, which was previously considered impossible, and it is now possible to create paper-like makeup cosmetics such as paper-like fragrance powder and paper-like cologne, which were previously impossible. This made it possible to produce cosmetics in the form of cosmetics and further expand the market.

By blending multiple capsules, and by blending two or more types of resin capsules with different strengths, it is possible to create a playful paper-like makeup cosmetic that allows you to enjoy rough and complex color changes.

The powdery appearance was noticeable, the makeup did not blend well with the skin, and the makeup did not last long. On the other hand, in Example 2 of the present invention, the compression-disintegrating soft resin capsule disintegrates and the oil-based content contained therein is released during application, so that it has a familiar feel and does not have a powdery feel. The makeup also had excellent long-lasting properties. Another novel point is that the coloring components contained in the compression-disintegrable soft ffff fat capsules along with the oily components can be released during application, so complex color changes can be achieved depending on the amount of force applied during application and the number of times of application. It was a fun and playful paper-like makeup.
