柄部から筒体に正逆切替え自在にトルク伝達可能
とし、６角本体部の両側に大きさの異なるソケツ
ト係合用第１、第２ドライブ角部を一体に備えて
ドライブユニツトを形成し、上記６角本体部を駆
動筒体の内面に抜差し自在かつ軸方向移動可能に
係合し、第１ドライブ角部が筒体より突出する状
態と第２ドライブ角部が筒体より突出する状態に
それぞれドライブユニツトを係止する係止機構を
