As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cotton nonwoven fabric of the present invention has
It is characterized by encapsulating a powdery auxiliary agent 3 in a sheet-like cotton non-woven fabric material 4 made by compressing and embossing a cotton absorbent belt. Since the non-woven fabric material 4 is made in the form of a sheet, it can be used not only as a sanitary napkin, but also for other purposes, such as deodorizing sheets for refrigerators and medical sheets. In addition, as will be described later, since the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4 has good water liquid diffusion permeability, when the cotton nonwoven fabric of the present invention is used as a water absorbing material, the absorbed moisture can be brought into contact with the internal auxiliary agent 3 uniformly and over a wide range. Moreover, since it is mainly made of inexpensive cotton, it is not only safe for the human body but also has the effect of reducing the cost of the product. In the cotton nonwoven fabric of the present invention, the auxiliary agent 3 is encapsulated in the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4 which is compressed into a sheet and embossed. Therefore, the auxiliary agent 3 can be encapsulated in any method, but the following method may be used. Things are best.

In the compression roller mechanism 2, when only one embossing roller forms a pinhole-shaped recess 41 as shown in FIG. 2, it is desirable to use the other compression roller as a paper roller. It is suitable for embossing the hole-shaped recess 41 and is convenient when forming the recess 41 into a through hole.

As the auxiliary agent 3, for example, a water-absorbing agent such as a water-absorbing polymer or silica gel, a deodorant such as activated carbon, an odor-absorbing agent, or a deodorant, or a pharmaceutical agent such as a bactericide or a hemostatic agent may be selected and used alone or in combination. In this case, if necessary, three or more absorbent cotton strips may be used and different types of granular auxiliary agents may be mixed between each absorbent cotton strip.

The cotton nonwoven fabric material 4 has the feature that the internal fibers are intertwined by the concave portions 41 and 44, and water absorbency is maintained by the convex portions 43 and 42, and at the same time, the thickness is Material absorbent cotton band 1,
Because it is compressed to 1/3 to 1/8 compared to 1', packaging
It has the advantage of being extremely easy to transport and store.

Furthermore, in the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4, since the convex portions 43, 42 are less compressed than the concave portions 41, 44, when aqueous liquid is dripped, water is sucked in from the convex portions 43, 42, which have good water absorbency, and this water is absorbed. Recesses 41, 44
It is assumed that the entanglement of the absorbent cotton strip becomes unentangled and water seeps into the recesses 41 and 44.According to experiments, the water absorption trace of the absorbent cotton band, which is the raw material, is an oval shape of 0.5 x 1.2 cm.
The water absorption marks on the cotton non-woven fabric material 4 were oval in shape with dimensions of 1.7 x 2.5 cm, proving that the material has good diffusion permeability for aqueous liquid.

The compression roller mechanism 2 may be of a heating type, and in this way, it is possible to iron the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4 during compression embossing, and also to use a heat-melting nonwoven fabric, a laminated paper laminated with a heat-melting adhesive, etc. Since the outer coating can be polymerized and bonded to the cotton non-woven material 4 at the same time during compression, for example, when the cotton non-woven material 4 is used as a water absorbing material, a waterproof surface can be formed on one side of the cotton non-woven material 4. There is a benefit. Such an outer coating such as laminated paper can be attached to one or both sides of the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4, and when this outer coating is attached to both sides of the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4, one of the outer coatings can be attached to both sides of the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4. For example, it may be made of porous paper to increase its water absorption and air absorption properties.

The cotton non-woven fabric material 4 may be polymerized with a water-absorbing polymer non-woven fabric or a reinforcing non-woven fabric on one or both sides. In this case, the non-woven fabric for the outer cover is overlapped with the absorbent cotton bands 1 and 1' and the compression roller is applied. It is preferable to send it to mechanism 2 and compression embossing it together with the absorbent cotton band.

The above-mentioned water-absorbing polymer nonwoven fabric or reinforcing nonwoven fabric may be inserted between the absorbent cotton bands 1 and 1' together with the reinforcing agent 3, or the number of absorbent cotton bands may be increased and the reinforcing agent 3 may be inserted between different absorbent cotton bands. You can also insert it.

A heat-transformable material may be mixed or interposed as an adjuvant 3 or separately between the absorbent cotton bands or between the absorbent cotton bands. If it is mixed into the band, the thermally variable material can be heated and melted with an embossing roller to adhesively fix the entangled fibers in the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4.

A cotton non-woven material 4 is made by embossing the auxiliary agent 3.
Since the auxiliary agent 3 is sealed inside the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4, it is possible to capture and fix the auxiliary agent 3 by entangling it inside the cotton nonwoven fabric material 4 without using a binder or water-absorbing paper. Even if the adjuvant 3 does not fall off.
