いて、 前記集中監視制御装置に、 前記予測値から算出される予想消費電力量と目
標需要電力量との差を時間平均した調整電力が設
定された遮断電力を上回る超過の状態判別時に前
記発電機設備の出力余裕の有、無を判別する発電
機出力判別手段と、 各負荷の消費電力を負荷別に計測する負荷別電
力計測手段と、 前記判別手段の判別結果にもとづき前記出力余
裕の有るときに前記自動遮断を禁止して前記発電
機設備の出力及び負荷給電の手動制御に設定する
制御変更手段と、 前記手動制御の設定時に前記計測手段の計測結
果にもとづき前記各負荷の使用状態、消費電力の
