る第1被駆動部材と、前記スロツトルバルブ側に
接続する第2被駆動部材とを設け、前記第1被駆
動部材と第2被駆動部材との間には巻締め方向の
回転により当該第1被駆動部材と第2被駆動部材
との間で回転伝達を行うクラツチスプリングを跨
設し、前記クラツチスプリングの一端を前記第2
被駆動部材に固定するとともに、前記クラツチス
プリングの他端にはブレーキ操作に応じて当該ク
ラツチスプリングの他端を前記第1被駆動部材に
固定・解放する規制部材を設けたことを特徴とす
