記照明光源と該白色基準板間に所定の傾きをもつ
て配設された第１の反射手段と、前記照明光源の
端部にあつて該第１の反射手段に対し所定の傾き
をもつて対峙して配設された第２の反射手段と、
前記照明光源から放射され原画面にて反射された
反射光および該第２の反射手段からの反射光を採
光するレンズと、該レンズにて集束された光を捕
えて電気信号に変換する光電変換素子と、該電気
信号をサンプリングするサンプルホールド回路と
、該サンプルホールド回路の出力信号を増幅する
に際して前記白色基準板の反射光に基づく信号を
白レベル基準信号として利得制御するＡＧＣ回路
とを具備して成ることを特徴とする画像読み取り
