Claims (1)
- パツド本体部と、当該パツド本体部の外周側よ
り折返されたセーフテイパツド部と、上記パツド
本体部とセーフテイパツド部の表面側に一体化さ
れるトリムカバーとからなり、金型のパツド本体
部及びセーフテイパツド部の成形空間にあらかじ
め上記トリムカバーをセツトしたのち前記成形空
間にパツド原液を注入して成形される一体成形パ
ツドにおいて、上記セーフテイパツド部を既発泡
パツドより形成してパツド本体部のみがパツド原
液で成形されるようにしたことを特徴とする一体
成形パツド。
