るものである。本願考案は、チユーインガムシー
トに開部を開穿し該開部に前者と異なる色彩およ
び／または異なる味のチユーインガムシートを組
み入れた構造とするものであり、内部のチユーイ
ンガムを取り除きかわりにできた開口部と同一形
状のチユーインガムを組み入れる構造であるか
ら、菓子全体が単一の味、色彩とならずに、開口
部の数に比例して味や色彩の種類を増やすことが
可能であり商品価値をたかめる事ができる。また
本願考案の構造によれば、全体を一度に喫食する
ことも可能であるが、基部のチユーインガムと開
口部に組み入れられたチユーインガムを別々に味
わうこともできるので消費者の趣向により適応す
る商品を提供でき、特に本考案の実施例において
は、一枚のパネル状チユーインガムを三色以上と
すると共に、更に三種類以上の味覚を加えること
により、より一層趣好性の高いチユーインガムと

載置したチユーインガムシート２を、上方に設置
した該装置の支持体３に固設した切断刃４及び保
持体５に植設した模様刃６によつて所望形状のチ
ユーインガム片に抜ち抜くと同時に押圧模様を形
成するものである。７，８ａ，８ｂはチユーイン
ガムの変形や刃への付着を緩和する為の弾性体で
ある。猶、該装置は弊社出願の特願昭58−168911
号に記載されているものである。第２図Ａ，Ｂ，
Ｃは該装置により成形した所望形状のチユーイン
ガム片の一例であり、数種類の異なる彩色及び味
覚のチユーインガムシート２より成形され、同一
形状のものが数種類得られる。第３図は本考案の
主目的たるチユーインガムシートの構成図であ
り、打ち抜いた跡に第２図に示すそれぞれ色彩及
び味覚の異なるチユーインガム片が該当箇所に組
み入れられる。具体的には第３図に於いて、チユ
ーインガムシート２は赤色系でイチゴの味覚であ
り、第２図のＡは第３図のA′に組み入れられ、
黄色系のシートから打ち抜かれたものでレモンの
味覚、同様にＢはB′に組み入れられ橙色系でミ
カンの味覚、またＣはC′に組み入れられ紫色系で
グレープの味覚というように構成される。次に黄
色系のチユーインガムシートには、それぞれ異な
る色彩及び味覚のチユーインガムシート片を同一
形状の該当箇所に組み入れていけばよく、順次シ
ートの色彩及び味覚と異なる部分を有するチユー
インガムのパネルが形成される。第４図は一例と
して、イ〜ニの４種類のチユーインガムシートを
用いた場合の組み合せを示しており、それぞれの
形状に対応する色彩及び味覚のチユーインガム片
がシートに組み入れられ、その組み合せはシート
