形成されその一部が測定管内を流れる被測定流体
に接液する接液側メタライズ部およびこれら接液
側メタライズ部間を接続するように測定管外周側
で稜線方向に向つて帯状に形成された接続側メタ
ライズ部と、この接続側メタライズ部の一部に圧
接された状態で計器本体側に設けられ前記被測定
流体を計器本体側に電気的に接続するコイルボビ
ンとを備えてなり、このコイルボビンの測定管側
端部とこれが圧接される前記接続側メタライズ部
との間に、導電性シートを介挿したことを特徴と
