Claims (1)
この渦信号を低域波する低域波手段と、この
低域波手段の出力を前記測定流量に対応した周
波数信号に変換する周波数変換手段と、前記渦信
号の振幅を検出してこの渦信号に対応した制御信
号を出力する振幅検出手段と、この制御信号によ
り前記低域波手段のコーナ周波数を変更する変
