6 can be adsorbed. At the same time, the plurality of guide pins 4 and suction cups 3 are moved forward in the direction of the sheet material 16 by a drive system such as motors M 2 and M 3 , and the guide pins 4 are moved forward toward the support pin 15 provided in the supply magazine 14 . After contacting with the sheet material 16, the suction cup 3 contacts and adsorbs the sheet material 16, and after confirming with a confirmation mechanism that the suction has been completed completely,
Based on the confirmation signal, the guide pin 4 and suction cup 3
moves back from the supply magazine 14 and stops at the start position A. At the time of this capture, if the sheet material 16 is small in size and a portion of the suction cup 3 leaks, a solenoid valve is configured to operate to stop the leak.

At this time, if only one sheet material 16 is suctioned, it is possible to proceed to the next step. However, if this is not the case, the above-mentioned capturing operation is repeated to pick up only one sheet.
However, if the desired acquisition is not achieved even after repeating the acquisition operation, a buzzer or the like is activated at a predetermined number of repetitions to issue a warning.

At this time of stopping, the catching section 2 is detected by a sensor provided at its stopping position, and at the same time the motor M1 is stopped, the electromagnetic brake 13 is actuated to stop the motor M1 at an accurate stopping position. Furthermore, the moving speed (ascending speed) of the capturing section 3 is configured to decrease immediately before the stopping position, so as to ensure stopping at a more accurate position.

An indicator lamp P5 lights up indicating that the sheet material 16 may be loaded. Check its display lamp P5 ,
Raise the operating lever of the scanner 35 to prepare the drum for reception (stop at a fixed position), and at the same time, the push rod 38 moves in the direction of the arrow as shown in the figure, and the signal causes the guide pin 4 and the suction cup 3 to move at the same time. It starts moving towards the drum. The guide pin 4 comes into contact with a pin 37 provided on the drum 36, and the suction cup 3 stops moving forward, and
By stopping the vacuum pump or the like, the suction of the sheet material 16 is released, and the presser plate 6 moves forward toward the drum to fit the sheet material 16 into the pin 37. Thereafter, the capturing section 2 retreats to the position B and stops. As the sheet material 16 is fitted into the pin 37 of the drum 36, the vacuum gauge of the drum 36, which adsorbs the sheet material using a vacuum method, moves a little, and after confirming this, lower the aforementioned operating lever to the middle position. ,
Start winding the sheet material 16. after that,
After confirming that the sheet material 16 has been adsorbed to the drum 36 to some extent and the vacuum gauge has further risen, the operating lever is further lowered. During the operation of the operating lever, the capturing section 2 is accurately stopped at the start position A in the same manner as during the above-mentioned raising, and the exposure indicator lamp P7 and the exposure buzzer are turned on. Check this exposure indicator lamp and buzzer,
Exposure operation of the scanner 35 is performed.

is peeled off from the drum 36. The peeled sheet material 16 passes through a conveyance path 39 and is stored in a receive magazine 17 via feed rollers 19, 19a driven by a motor M4 . Further, upon detecting the storage, the motor M 4 is stopped, one counter is added to count the number of sheet materials, the start OK lamp P 2 is lit, and the next sheet material 16 is started. Capturing becomes possible.
