が前記所定値以下の状態が検出されたとき該状態
が所定期間継読していることを計時する計時手段
と、前記状態が所定期間継続したとき該計時手段
の出力に応じて舵角検出系が異常と判別する異常
判別手段とを備えたことを特徴とする車両の舵角
