DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A1.Objective of the invention (industrial application field) The present invention is a combination of a pulper and a separation auxiliary pulper used in the paper manufacturing industry to select the dissolving ability of raw materials, especially waste paper and moisture-loss resistant paper. A device that is a combination of a screen and a concentrated device. Specifically, the 14 poorly soluble substances (non-fibrous substances and poorly dissolvable paper stock) in the raw materials supplied to the pulper tank and the useful fibrous substances are separated into an inner circumference and an outer circumference by coarse holes provided in the strainer. The difficult-to-dissolve i4 substances are sent to the separation auxiliary pulper, and the useful fiber substances from the difficult-to-dissolve and dissociate substances are separated and recovered by the solubility and washing, and the defective substances are removed from the system. In addition to discarding useful fiber materials to enable stable operation of the pulper, useful fiber materials are sent to a composite screen and double-selected using two types of strainers to eliminate waste of useful fibers and produce high-quality, high-precision fibers. This invention relates to a device that obtains paper stock and performs stable production.

(Prior technology) Traditionally, in the paper industry, pulpers used to melt raw materials such as waste paper and moisture-proof paper were used to improve performance before melting by partially changing the shape and size of the strainer. This invention is based on the inventor's invention, and is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 13275/1986.
As shown in Figure 2 of the drawing, this application has coarse holes 5 at the bottom of the tank 1 that contains the raw materials to be treated.
A strainer 4 is provided which is divided into an inner circumferential area a and an outer circumferential area of the narrow hole 6, and the inner circumferential area a is recessed. are arranged close to each other, and two chambers 8 and 9 are provided on the downstream side of the strainer 4, with an inner circumferential area a and an outer circumferential area communicating with each other. The difficult-to-dissolve materials such as paper and non-fibrous materials float up to the upper layer on the vertical circulation caused by the impeller 3 and flow down toward the center of the rotor. The fibers are introduced into the inner peripheral area of the tank and discharged outside the tank through the coarse holes, so that they do not stagnate in the tank for a long time, so they do not become finely ground and mix with the useful fibrous materials, thereby reducing their quality. .

The hardly soluble and separable substances sent intermittently from the pulper P through the conduit 11 enter the front chamber C of the tank 25 in the separation auxiliary pulper U, where they are stirred, dissolved and separated by the rotation of the impeller 27, and become the hardly soluble substances. The useful fibrous material mixed in the release material is separated and passed through the fine holes of the strainer 24' to the rear chamber (
After a certain period of time has elapsed, the load power increases to the set power due to an increase in the amount of defective materials.
When dilution cleaning is performed by supplying cleaning water into the tank 25, the impeller 27 stirs and cleans the defective substances remaining in the tank 25, and the useful fiber substances remaining attached thereto are washed out and fed. At this time, the valve V5 of the washing water pipe 29 is closed, and the valve 6 of the compressed air pipe 29' is opened to feed the tank 25, thereby sending the remaining liquid to the rear chamber d through the narrow hole of the strainer 24, which is useful. The fibrous substances have been almost completely recovered and only the difficult-to-dissolve substances remain in the front chamber C.
Open the valve ■5 to supply water, and then open the discharge valve ■ at the bottom of the tank 25.
4 is opened and the washing water is disposed of outside the system for the next treatment.

C. Effects of the invention As mentioned above, the waste paper raw material solubility selection device which intensively combines the pulper, separation auxiliary pulper and composite screen of the present invention is made possible by the characteristics of the pulper with an improved combination of strainer and rotor. By breaking the poorly soluble and separable substances in the raw materials into large pieces and quickly discharging them out of the tank, only the useful fiber substances can be dissolved and discharged separately from the hardly soluble substances, thereby producing high purity paper. Not only can the useful fiber materials mixed in the discharged difficult-to-dissolve and dissociate materials be almost completely recovered by stirring dissociation and washing in one of the separation auxiliary pulpers, but at the same time, the bad materials can be removed. The useful fiber material is disposed of outside the system to eliminate pulper obstruction, and the useful fiber material is double sorted using two types of stoners in the other composite screen to produce high-quality carefully selected paper with no foreign matter mixed in and with a uniform degree of dissociation. Since the rejected or rejected raw materials are not returned to the process before the composite screen, it eliminates the adverse effects of circulation of defective materials in the system in the treatment of difficult-to-dissolve waste paper raw materials, and this eliminates the disadvantages of the pulper described above. By making full use of these characteristics, high-quality paper stock can be stably and efficiently obtained by eliminating the waste of useful fiber substances.
