Claims (1)
ク２から原液ヒーター４により加温された原液を
噴霧する噴射ノズルＮを設け、該乾燥炉内下部は
出口を設け、サイクロン５によつて吸引され、炉
１内で噴霧乾燥され微粒化された商品を捕集する
捕集容器５ａを設け、前記乾燥炉１には熱風を送
る熱風発生炉３を設け、該サイクロン５にはメイ
ンブロワ６を連通して設け、該メインブロワ６に
は排熱回収装置７を設け、該排熱回収装置７の一
部は熱風発生炉３に連通され、乾燥炉、サイクロ
ンそして排熱回収装置を洗浄する洗浄水を入れる
洗浄タンク８を設け、これらの運転をパーソナル
コンピユーター９を搭載し、プログラマブルコン
トローラー１０と共に自動運転制御し、噴霧乾燥
するための多種原液の噴霧乾燥に適用できるパー
ソナルコンピユーター汎用化ソフトを用いて運転
することを特徴とする全自動制御システムを投載
