圧が電源供給用スイツチを通して電源電圧として
車載音響機器に印加される車載音響機器のミユー
ト信号発生回路であつて、前記電源供給用スイツ
チを介した電源電圧が所定スレツシヨールドレベ
ルを超えたか否かを検出する第1の検出手段と、
定電圧化された前記車載蓄電池の電圧が常時電源
電圧として供給され、かつ前記第1の検出手段に
よる検出出力に伴つて第1のミユート信号を出力
する第1のミユート信号発生手段と、前記定電圧
化された前記車載蓄電池の電圧と前記スレツシヨ
ールドレベルとの大小を検出する第2の検出手段
と、前記第2の検出手段の出力に伴つて少なくと
も前記第1のミユート信号発生手段から第1のミ
ユート信号が出力されるまでの期間第2のミユー
ト信号を出力する第2のミユート信号発生手段と
、第1のミユート信号と第2のミユート信号とを
入力とし、かつ出力を合成ミユート信号とするオ
ア回路を備えたことを特徴とするミユート信号発
