Abstract

PURPOSE:To make transference of cargoes smooth by connecting carrying units together having an endless belt for sorting and sending out in endless state and making it so as to act the endless conveyer on this side of an induction conveyer and to reduce the endless conveyer in speed and stop with completion in transference. CONSTITUTION:Carrying units 10 are connected together in loop-like and driven to run. And cargoes are supplied from an induction conveyer 18 arranged with an angle to the running direction of that. On this occasion, when the carrying unit 10 receives signal from a transferring signal transmitter 44 at this side of the induction conveyer 18, the endless conveyer 24 loaded on the carrying unit 10 starts to run from the cargo transferred side to the opposite side. According to this, cargoes from the induction conveyer 18 are taken over onto the conveyer with the endless conveyer 24. The endless belt 24 is made to reduce in speed and to stop with completion of transferring. According to this constitution, cargoes can be transferred smoothly.

However, in a sorting device equipped with such a conveyance unit that uses rollers and belts, the problem that the invention aims to solve is that the transfer of cargo to each conveyance unit is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the conveyance unit. The baggage is transferred from the side, and as the baggage is fed and transferred with the inertia of the feeding speed of the induction conveyor, the baggage slides on the carry conveyor belt of the transport unit and reaches bells 1 to 1. Stop suddenly due to friction,
Alternatively, because the cargo is forced onto the transport unit by hitting a stop plate provided on the opposite side of the induction conveyor for feeding and transferring, the cargo may fall or be damaged due to a collision. There are problems in that it is difficult to smoothly feed and transfer the cargo, and the appearance of the cargo transferred to the conveyor is also inconsistent, causing problems in the next process.

Means to solve the problem In order to solve the above problem and achieve the desired purpose,
According to this invention, the load transfer method for a high-speed automatic sorting device uses a conveyance unit provided with an endless belt for sorting loaded loads in either the left or right direction, which is perpendicular to the transfer direction. In a high-speed automatic sorting device consisting of multiple pieces connected in an endless manner, an induction conveyor for transferring cargo is arranged at an angle to the direction of movement of the transport unit in order to transfer the cargo to each transport unit. The endless belt I of the conveyor unit is operated from before the induction conveyor so that its upper surface moves from the load transfer side to the opposite side, and at the same time as the load is transferred, the endless belt is decelerated to reduce the inertia of the load. It is characterized in that the operation of the endless belt is controlled by a control device mounted on each conveying unit so that the endless belts 1 to 1 are stopped after being restrained.

When transferring cargo from the induction conveyor 18, the transport unit l-10 first transfers the cargo to the induction conveyor 1.
8, the transfer signal receiving sensor 44' receives a signal from the transfer signal transmitter 44, and the control device 27 supplies a predetermined power from the storage battery 2G to the electric motor 25, and the endless bell I. 24 is operated so that its upper surface moves from the load transfer side to the opposite side, and in this state, the load is transferred from the induction conveyor 18 to the endless belt 24 of the conveyance unit 1o.
At the same time, the control device 27 controls the electric power to reduce the speed of the endless belt 24 to suitably suppress the inertia of the load, and then the power supply is stopped and the endless belt 24 is stopped. The cargo is suitably transferred onto the endless bell 1-24 of the transport unit 10 in a smooth and consistent manner. In order to sort the transported cargo, a suitable electronic control device such as a computer applies necessary command signals to the motor forward/reverse signal transmitters 47 and 48 at predetermined sorting positions according to various codes displayed on the cargo. .

The operation of the electric motor 25 rotates the pulley 35 via the pulley 36 and the timing bell 1-37, which rotates the belt pulley 22 coaxial with the pulley 35, and drives the endless heald 24 in a predetermined direction. The cargo loaded on the belt 24 is sorted into a predetermined sorting chute 16. After sorting the cargo, a timer built into the circuit of the control device 27 turns off the circuit of the control device 27 after a certain period of time has passed, cutting off the power supply to the electric motor 25 and stopping the endless belt 24. Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the load transfer method for a high-speed automatic sorting device of the present invention, the load sent out from the induction conveyor arranged at an appropriate angle with respect to the traveling direction of the transport unit I is In front of the induction conveyor, the load is transferred onto the endless belt of the conveyance unit, which is operated so that the top surface moves from the transfer side to the opposite side.At the same time as the transfer, the endless belt is decelerated and the inertia of the load is reduced. Since the endless belt is stopped after the load has been suppressed, the load can be transferred smoothly without falling over, and there is no need to provide a special stop plate, so there is no risk of damage caused by the stop plate. Without this, it can be transferred smoothly with a certain packaging style.

Furthermore, during sorting, based on a sorting command from an appropriate electronic control device such as a computer, the electric motor mounted on the conveying unit is operated to operate the endless belt in a predetermined direction, and the endless belts placed on the endless belts 1 to 1 are It is possible to sort cargo into predetermined sorting positions, and it is possible to transport and sort any kind of object, regardless of whether it is a regular or irregular shape, large or small, and the sorting operation is controlled by an electric motor via the control device of the transport unit. Since a special trolley dag 1 to power supply device and current collector are not required, equipment costs and maintenance costs can be greatly reduced, and there is no noise problem caused by sliding of the current collector. Since the roller ducts 1 to 1 are no longer necessary, the installation space of the entire automatic sorting device can be reduced and saved.

In a high-speed automatic sorting device consisting of a plurality of conveyor units connected in an endless manner, each conveyor unit is equipped with an endless belt for sorting the loaded cargo in either the left or right direction, which is substantially perpendicular to the transport direction. In order to transfer the cargo, the induction conveyor for transferring the cargo is placed at an angle to the direction of movement of the transport unit. A control device mounted on each transport unit operates to move from one side to the other side, decelerates the endless belt at the same time as the load is transferred, suppresses the inertia of the load, and then stops the endless belt. A method for transferring cargo in a high-speed sorting device, characterized in that the operation of an endless belt is controlled by:
