た。他方、熱接着すべき上端板と円筒状容器本体の上部
外周部とを複数個の加熱部分に区分し、順次加熱融着す
る方法が考えられ、この場合には前記したようなしわの

明を完成するに至ったもので、本発明の目的は一度の加
熱によって、熱接着部に皺のない極めて強固に熱接着し

成し、下端板もしくは上端板を前記熱接着座部に熱接着
したことを特徴とする円筒容器の製造方法である。本発
明で使用する円筒状側壁部はシート状物を貼着したもの
を用いてもよいが、通常インフレーション法若しくは押
出法によって得たチューブを使用することが好ましく、
その厚みは容器の大きさによって異なるが約30μ〜5
00μであり、その径はLoom/m〜1000m/m
である。上端板若しくは下端板として使用するものはポ
リエチレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリプロ
ピレンなどの単体フィルムやナイロン/ポリエチレン、
ナイロン/ポリプロピレンなどの複合シートである。そ
して、本発明の方法において、上端板もしくは下端板と
熱接着座部とを熱接着するに当っては円筒状側壁部の外
周に接するようにリング状金型を配置し、上端板若しく
は下端板と熱接着座部との重合部をリング状金型とヒー
トシール用治具とではさんで加熱加圧して接合すること
が好ましい。そして、この製造方法では製造された円筒
容器は単にリング状金型の中央部よりとり出すことがで
