- ワークを把持する吸着ハンドに用いられる吸着
盤において、椀を伏せた形状の気密弁の内部に吸
着盤の胴部の軸線と直角な面を形成するように胴
部の下端から突出した被吸着面規制座を前記気密
弁の端面より引込ませて設けたことを特徴とする
吸着盤。
