検知手段が不検知となつているあいだ計時を行な
う第一の計時手段とを有し、該人体検知手段が検
知したことをもつて在室と判定し不検知の状態が
一定時間t1継続したことをもつて不在と判定す
る第一の判定手段を有する在室検知器において、
部屋の扉の開閉を検出する扉開閉検出手段と、該
扉開閉検出手段により扉が閉つたことを検出した
時から計時を行なう第二の計時手段と、扉が閉つ
た時から一定時間t2経過した時点における前記
人体検知手段の検知信号が検知であるかまたは、
不検知であることに対応して入室状態または退室
状態と判定する第二の判定手段とを備えるととも
に、第二の判定手段が入室状態と判定している間
に第一の判定手段が不在と判定した場合に異常状
態として警報を発する警報手段を備えたことを特
