Claims (1)
- 建物下部と基礎とを分離した構造とし、前記建
物下部と基礎との間に弾性を有する棒状部材を多
数立設するとともに、前記棒状部材の上下両端部
を支持部材によつて前記建物下部および基礎にそ
れぞれ固定するとともに、常時は上下の滑り板が
接触しない構造の摩擦型免震装置を付設したこと
を特徴とする免震装置。
