ヘツド本体を上下動自在に嵌合する筒壁18の下
部を回動可能に嵌合させると共に、該筒壁の前部
にノズル開放用の窓孔19をかつ後部にヘツド押
下げ用の切欠き20をそれぞれ穿設した上カバー
筒4とからなり、上記ヘツド本体下面から突出す
る嵌合凸部12下面を上記内周壁上端面に密接さ
せ、該状態から下カバー筒に対して上カバー筒を
所定方向へ回動させることで、上記嵌合凸部が上
記内周壁上部に穿設した縦スリツト16上方に位
置してヘツド押下げが可能に形成したことを特徴
