Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain efficiently a laminated sheet having a core in which both sides are differently colored, by extruding differently colored layers respectively onto the upper semicircular part and the lower semicircular part of a foamed layer as a core sheet. CONSTITUTION:When extruding a foamed sheet with a circular die, differently colored foamed layers are extruded onto the upper side and the lower side of a foamed layer as a core sheet respectively in upper semicircular form and in lower semicircular form by using two separate extruders. These three foamed layers are laminated in the same die into a three-layered sheet.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention is a method for laminating foam sheets of different colors on the upper and lower surfaces of a foam polystyrene sheet at the same time. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing the invention which is particularly advantageous.

(Prior Art and Problems) Conventionally, the following methods have often been used for laminating foam sheets. (a) Foam sheets are bonded to the surfaces of the extruded foam sheets to be laminated using heat or adhesive. (2) Form an extruded foam sheet and bond the foam sheet to the same line with adhesive, or
Laminate while in a thermally softened state. However, (a)
is disadvantageous because it requires many steps. Although method (b) is more advantageous than method (a), it requires separate sheet dies, which is disadvantageous in terms of equipment.

The present inventors conducted research to further streamline the method (b) and make multi-product production industrially advantageous, and as a result, they arrived at the present invention.

(Means and effects for solving the problem) The present invention extrudes a foamed polystyrene sheet into a cylindrical shape from a circular die, forms a balloon, and presses this with pinch rolls to form a plate. In this method, foaming resins of different colors are extruded inside the upper half and lower half of the circumference of the foam sheet inside a circular die, thereby forming foams of different colors on both sides of the foam sheet. The content includes a forming method in which sheets are laminated at the same time.

In the method of the present invention, by using different extruders for the upper and lower semicircles, the color of the upper and lower semicircles can also be changed. As a result, the foam layer serving as the core material and the foam layer on the lower side can each change in color, allowing beautiful multi-colored boards to be molded at the same time. The adhesion between the central foam layer and the underlying foam layer is also excellent.

When using the T-die method instead of the circular die described above, it is not possible to produce products with a high foaming ratio (about 10 times) or products with a low foaming ratio (about 5 times) using the same mold, especially for foamed extruded sheets.

In the present invention, the central foam layer and the foam layers below it can be colored in different colors, and when the foam layer below is relatively thick, it is a foam layer, so it creates a three-dimensional effect. It has excellent properties such as being able to release heat and retaining heat and cold.
This effect is also produced.

As explained above, when foaming and extruding with a circular die, the present invention uses the same die to make the foamable resin into an upper half circle, and the upper half circle becomes a core material inside the die by using extruders on each side. Since it is extruded while being coated on the foamed resin, the colors of the upper and lower parts can be changed arbitrarily and the foamed resin can be extruded simultaneously with the central foamed layer.

従って、多色の美麗なシートを設備的にも有利に工業的

Therefore, beautiful multicolored sheets can be industrially produced with advantage in terms of equipment.
