処理炉の一実施例の説明図であつて、第１図は真
空焼結炉の簡略構成を併せて示す炉殻の部分断面
図、第２図は、真空焼結炉の炉蓋部分における一
部切欠斜視図、第３図は炉殻と炉蓋との連結機構
を示す分解斜視図である。 １０…炉殻、２０…炉蓋、４０…断熱壁、６０
…温度測定センサ、７０…温度設定器、８０…イ
ンターロツク機構。
処理炉の一実施例の説明図であつて、第１図は真

Claims (1)
- 炉殻内部にグラフアイト製の断熱壁を設けてあ
り、前記炉殻の開閉扉を介して挿入された被処理
物を真空又はガス雰囲気の下で熱処理する熱処理
炉において、前記炉殻の内部温度を検出する温度
検出器と、温度検出器の検出結果と予め設定され
た前記断熱壁の酸化安全温度とを比較する比較判
定部と、前記開閉扉を前記炉殻に対してインター
ロツクするとともに、前記比較判定部の比較結果
に応じてロツク解除するインターロツク機構とを
具備することを特徴とする熱処理炉。
