に沿う貫通孔が切削加工されたホルダと、高強度
材料を素材として転造成形で形成された開閉針と
、高強度材料を素材とするパイプ状のシヤフトと
で構成され、前記ホルダの貫通孔に前記開閉針を
挿入して加締めにより固着し、前記ホルダを前記
シヤフトの端部に加締めにより固着してなること
