子間の電源“入り”“切り”制御回路を開、閉す
るスイツチを設け、セツトを持ち運び時等、該ス
イツチを開いておくことにより電源を切りの状態
とし、セツトを持ち運び時、誤まつて電源が、“
入”になることを防ぎ、使用時は該スイツチを閉
じて使用可能とし、このように電源の“入り”“
切り”を２種類で行なうことを特徴とするセルラ
