Generally, chemical bottles used in chemical experiments are often tall. Therefore, even when stored in a medicine cabinet, there is a risk of it falling over due to vibrations such as an earthquake, and it is unstable and prone to falling when placed on a laboratory table or carried on a trolley. There are drawbacks. In particular, many medicine bottles are made of glass, which can be broken if knocked over, and furthermore, the danger increases significantly due to the medicine inside the bottle spilling out, scattering, or glass shards. There are also synthetic resin bottles, but the risk of chemical spillage due to tipping is equally high. The same dangers as medicine bottles can also be applied to tall and easily broken items such as glass pots.

To solve the above problems, conventional methods have been to install partition boards on shelves and storage boxes, fix them with suction cups, and cover them with nets to prevent bottles from colliding with each other or falling due to vibration. There is. However, the use of partition boards has disadvantages such as the usable space on shelves and boxes becomes smaller and it is inconvenient to put in and take out reagent bottles, and suction cups cannot be used at all if the suction surface is rough. Furthermore, nets have the disadvantage that they are completely ineffective in preventing falls.

In other words, the present invention consists of a part that supports containers such as medicine bottles and pots, and a part that is fixed to a shelf or stand using only a permanent magnet and a yoke provided on the bottom of the container, or a permanent magnet. The present invention provides a support case characterized in that the portion in direct contact with the shelf or stand is constructed of a non-slip structure or made of a non-slip material.

This support case allows the case to be attracted to a material that is attracted to a magnet, such as an iron medicine cabinet, laboratory table, or trolley, so that the medicine bottles and containers contained in the case can be stably installed or transported. It is characterized by the simultaneous use of both magnetic attraction and mechanical friction to stabilize the case.

Normally, it is thought that the stability of reagent bottles placed in the case can be solved by simply increasing the magnetic force, but if the bottom of the case is smooth and very slippery, vibrations such as earthquakes may Therefore, there is a high possibility that the case will skid, and it is important to make the bottom surface of the case less slippery.

以下本考案の実施例を図面によつて説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 shows a conventional technique, showing one of the cases that accommodates and supports a chemical bottle 6 such as sulfuric acid used in experiments.
This is an example. That is, a pedestal 2 with a recess provided in the bottom of the container body 1 of the case is glued together with the container body 1,
A magnet 3 (for example, a ferrite magnet) and a yoke 4 (for example, soft iron) are fitted into the recess of the pedestal 2 and adhered to the inner bottom surface of the recess of the pedestal 3. At this time, it is preferable to provide a space 5 between the magnet 3 and the yoke 4. In this case, the surface of the magnet 3 and the surface of the yoke 4 come into direct contact with the surface of, for example, a medicine cabinet. When a ferrite magnet is used as a permanent magnet, the surface of the magnet is usually mechanically polished, so that the contact resistance with, for example, the surface of a steel pharmaceutical shelf is large, resulting in a large frictional force.

In FIG. 1, a magnetic circuit is formed by a magnet 3 and a yoke 4, and the attracting force of the magnet is very large. Therefore, in this embodiment, both the adsorption force and the frictional force are large, and the support case is very stable. Moreover, there is a big drawback. That is, for example, chemicals or water droplets may fall on a medicine cabinet or laboratory bench, and these may corrode the magnet or the yoke. In particular, the corrosion of the yoke is significant. For this purpose, it is effective to integrally mold the case by including the magnet 3 into which the yoke 4 is fitted in the bottom surface of the container body 1 during resin molding of the case, as shown in FIG. According to this, even if chemicals or water droplets fall on the case, the magnet 3 and the yoke 4 will not be splashed, making it safe. However, the bottom of this integrally molded case is naturally made of resin, making it extremely slippery. It is slippery, especially when it comes into contact with painted surfaces such as medicine cabinets. Under these conditions, even a weak earthquake could cause the case to slide and fall off the shelf. In this way, even if a strong magnet is used and the magnetic attraction force is strengthened, if the bottom surface is slippery, the stability of the case will be extremely poor.

A pedestal 2 with a recess provided in the bottom of the case body 1 (example polyethylene) is integrally adhered to the vessel body 1,
A magnet 3 (for example, a ferrite magnet) and a yoke 4 (soft iron) are fitted into the recess of the pedestal 2 and adhered to the inner bottom surface of the recess of the pedestal 3. At this time, it is preferable to provide a space 5 between the magnet 3 and the yoke 4. 6 is a medicine bottle. A soft resin sheet 7 is adhered to the bottom surface of this container body 1. A soft polyethylene sheet was used as this resin. As a result, the permanent magnet 3 and the yoke 4 are completely sealed, and at the same time, the bottom surface of the vessel body 1 becomes difficult to slip. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4 showing another embodiment, a soft resin sheet 7 may be bonded to the bottom of the case which includes a magnet 3 and a yoke 4 at the bottom of the container body 1 of the case. It is also non-slip and stable.
Furthermore, instead of the resin sheet, it is also effective to apply a neoprene, a soft or hard rubber sheet, a sheet with adhesive coated on both sides of the resin sheet, or a material with high frictional resistance such as pine tar.
Furthermore, these sheets and adhesives are effective not only on a part of the surface but also on the entire surface.

The magnet of the present invention is a so-called permanent magnet, and may be made of ferrite, alnico, or rare earth metal. Although soft iron is generally used as a yoke, any ferromagnetic material can be used.
