Claims (1)
- 管継手本体の接続側端部に設けられており、接
続管の端部が挿入される外筒部と、該外筒部の内
側に略同芯状に設けられ、接続管の端部が被挿さ
れる内筒部と、該内筒部と外筒部との間に形成さ
れる挿入部内に装着される略筒状のシール材とを
有する管継手であつて、前記シール材が水膨張性
材にて形成され、前記内筒部と前記接続管との間
に配置される筒状の水膨張部と、該水膨張部の奥
部に位置し、弾性材にて形成され、前記外筒部の
内周面に弾接し得る鍔部が外周に突設される略筒
状の弾性部とを有する管継手。
