上昇限において鋳込み口にドツキングした状態を
示す縦断正面図、第４図はプランジヤーチツプが
射出動作してその射出ストローク前進限に到達し
た状態を示す縦断正面図、第５図は同要部の拡大
断面図、第６図は従来例を示す部分拡大断面図で
ある。
尚、図中、１：射出スリーブ、２：固定金型、
３：可動金型、４：分割部、６：プランジヤーチ
ツプ、９：鋳込み口、９ａ，９ｂ：鋳込み口構成

イ側前方に位置する如く半割円筒状の鋳込み口構
成凹溝を固定、可動両金型に形成し、該鋳込み口
の穴底に射出スリーブのドツキング開口部を当接
させる様にした横型締、縦射出形ダイカスト機に
