、上記桁に接続され桁下方に懸架される第１の紐
条と、湾曲形成された湾曲脚およびこの湾曲脚の
下方にＳ字状に反転形成され第１の紐条に係合す
るかぎ爪からなる湾曲脚爪を湾曲部が交互に千鳥
状となるよう掛け軸に複数懸吊した結束工具と、
桁に接続され該結束工具により桁上方に引き上げ
られる際にケーブル間の桁前後に振り分けられる
第１の紐条に絡む第２の紐条とを備え、この第２
の紐条と第１の紐条とを引き締めてケーブルを桁
