及び送風運転とを行わせ、かつ、ダンパ装置５に
より第１吹出口１２又は流入口１４を閉じること
により除湿又は冷房を行う一方、第１空気通路２
の送風運転のみを行わせ、かつ、ダンパ装置５に
より流入口１４を閉じることにより、換気を行い
得る如くしたことを特徴とする冷房・除湿・換気
