Claims (1)
微粒子を捕獲するフイルタと、このフイルタの捕
獲した排気微粒子に対しこれを加熱すると共に空
気を供給して上記フイルタより焼却排除する焼却
手段と、上記フイルタの上流側の排気路より分岐
して延出するバイパス路と、上記フイルタの前後
の各圧力情報を受けてこの両圧力値の差分を算出
する差圧算出手段と、この差圧算出手段からの差
分信号が設定値を上回ると上記焼却手段に焼却指
令を発する焼却指令発生手段と、上記バイパス路
を常閉すると共に上記焼却指令に応じて上記排気
を上記フイルタに代えてバイパス路側に導くよう
切り替えられるバイパス弁とを備えた排ガス後処
理装置において、上記焼却手段の焼却用の空気は
バイパス路の排気熱を用いた熱交換器により加熱
されてから供給されることを特徴とする排ガス後
