り、硬質の該外キヤツプの内方に一体的に筒部を
設け、該筒部が該容器と係合して閉止位置を占め
るような構成とし、可撓性を有する筒状の該内キ
ヤツプを該外キヤツプ内周に配設し、該内キヤツ
プの周壁の一部を屈曲可能な作動部に形成して該
作動部を該外キヤツプより露出させ、該内キヤツ
プの周壁下端と該容器との当接面の少なくとも一
方を傾斜面とし、該作動部を押圧すると該作動部
が内方に屈曲し、該傾斜面によつて該内キヤツプ
に該外キヤツプを押し上げる分力が作用するよう
