を備えた磁気デイスク装置において、前記ベース
プレートの周端部が前記カバーの内側に折曲げら
れこの折曲げられた部分に弾性部材が嵌合される
とともに、この弾性部材を介して前記カバーの周
端部が前記ベースプレートの折曲げられた部分に
取付けられていることを特徴とする磁気デイスク
