対向配設し、前記両電極間に交流電圧を印加し、

の間に直流成分の電圧を印加する型式の放電装置
において、高圧電源内蔵の収容箱体の支持部に前
記放電電極と励起電極を対向配設した誘電体を取
付けると共に、前記支持部に設けた電源側の出力
端子と前記誘電体に設けた放電電極と励起電極の
