- 被測定光を分割する分割部と、この分割部によ
つて分割された光の像を電気画像に変換する撮像
部と、この撮像部によつて得られた電気画像を表
示する表示部と、前記分割部によつて分割された
光の強度を測定して表示する測定部とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする光パワーメータ。
