Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 摺動自在に重ね合された切欠又は開口を有
する１対の弁体によつて止水又は流量調整を行な
う弁装置において、前記１対の弁体のうちの一方
の弁体は自己潤滑性を有する樹脂又は自己潤滑性
を有するフイラーを充填した樹脂で構成され、他
方の弁体は高熱伝導材料で構成されていることを
特徴とする弁装置。 (2) 高熱伝導材料がセラミツクスであることを

の弁装置。
