て、前記ピニオン軸のリングギヤ側端縁部に筒状
部を延長して設ける一方、出力軸に一体的に設け
たピニオンギアストツパの基端側を前記筒状部に
オーバーラツプするよう内嵌せしめたことを特徴
とするスタータモータ装置。 (2) 前記第1請求項において、筒状部の外周面
とギアストツパの外周面には段差部が形成されて
いることを特徴とするスタータモータ装置。 (3) 出力軸の先端部をリングギヤを臨む部位よ
りも先端側に延長してハウジングに回動自在に軸
承し、この出力軸にピニオンギアを軸芯方向移動
自在に支持させてなるスタータモータ装置におい
て、前記ピニオン軸の出力軸に対する支持機構は
、出力軸の外周にスプライン嵌合によりスリーブ
を軸芯方向移動自在に支持し、該スリーブの外周
をピニオンギアの内周に止着した軸受を介して軸
芯回りに回動自在に軸承して構成すると共に、ピ
ニオンギアの先端縁部にはスリーブと軸受との軸
芯方向の移動を規制するスリーブストツパが摺動
端面を塞ぐように設けられていることを特徴とす
るスタータモータ装置。 (4) 出力軸の先端部をリングギアを臨む部位よ
りも先端側に延長してハウジングに回動自在に軸
承し、この出力軸にピニオンギアを軸芯方向移動
自在に支持させてなるスタータモータ装置におい
て、前記ピニオン軸の出力軸に対する支持機構は
、出力軸の外周にスリーブの内周に止着した軸受
を介して軸芯回り回動自在に支持し、スリーブ外
周をスプライン嵌合を介してピニオンギアの内周
に軸芯方向移動自在に支持すると共に、出力軸に
一体的に設けたピニオンギアストツパの基端部を
筒状にし、ここにスリーブの先端部をオーバーラ
ツプするよう内嵌したことを特徴とするスタータ
モータ装置。
