域空間にそれぞれ連通して液体の吸入流路と吐出
流路をポンプ本体に設け、ポンプ本体を本体内に
回転自在に収装し、吐出流路の吐出圧力とばね力
に基づく設定圧力とが対向作用し吐出流路の吐出
圧力が設定圧力に満たない際にはポンプ本体の回
転を阻止するようポンプ本体を押圧すると共に吐
出流路の吐出圧力が設定圧力に上昇した際にはポ
ンプ本体の回転を許容するようポンプ本体の押圧
を解除する圧力制御手段を本体に設け、外歯歯車
とポンプ本体間には圧力制御手段がポンプ本体を
押圧している際、外歯歯車の回転駆動力をポンプ
本体に伝達しないと共に、圧力制御手段がポンプ
本体の押圧を解除している際、ポンプ本体を外歯
歯車と同期回転するよう外歯歯車の回転駆動力を
ポンプ本体に伝達する回転駆動力伝達手段を設け
