Furthermore, if the cable is stored in a bag, bag, or pocket without being wrapped, the cable often gets tangled, which is inconvenient. Some models have a radio, etc., and a winding part integrated into one, but because the winding is done manually, there is a drawback that the work cannot be done without taking it out of the bag or pocket. In addition, since the cable used is a round cable, it has the disadvantage that it tends to get tangled when being wrapped and unwrapped.

It consists of a switch that starts the process and a rotary contact device, stores rotational energy in the mainspring during unwinding, and automatically winds the cable using the mainspring's rotational energy during winding.

The rotary reel device 5 is housed within the chamber 6 and attached to the shaft of the chamber 6. The small chamber 6 is provided with a cable entrance for inserting a flat cable. A rotary contact device 7 is arranged to obtain electrical contact between the rotary reel device 5 and the chamber 6. The signal line and ground line from the flat cable are connected to the rotating contact device 7. Rotating contact device 7
Connect the other end to connector 8 for connecting to audio equipment. A rotation stop device 9 for stopping the rotation of the reel and a winding start switch 3 for starting the rotation of the reel are arranged in the small chamber 6. A mainspring 4 is installed in the small chamber 6, with one end fixed to the rotary reel device 5 and the other end fixed to the small chamber 6. The rotation stop device is constructed by providing the rotary reel device 5 with recesses or serrated recesses at regular intervals so that a portion of the stop device N9 engages with the recesses. A winding start switch 3 for releasing the engagement portion between the rotation stop device 9 and the rotating reel is installed in the small chamber. With the above configuration, when using the earphone, you can manually stretch it and wrap it using the wrapping start switch 3.
By operating this, it is possible to construct an earphone device that can automatically wrap the cable using the force stored in the mainspring when it is stretched.

In the second embodiment, a flat cable is connected to an audio device, and a clip or the like is attached to the compartment 6, which is made smaller by using the flat cable 2, and can be used by fixing it to a breast pocket or the collar of clothes. Furthermore, by adding a signal line within the flat cable 2 and adding a switch thereof to the small chamber 6, the audio equipment can be controlled and operated without touching the audio equipment stored in a bag or the like. Furthermore, if the flat cable 2 is used on the audio equipment side, there is no need to divide the cable into two, and the structure is simple.

Cross-sectional views B and C show a cable with fewer ground signal wires than the flat cable shown in the cross-section. Although this configuration weakens the shielding effect, it is possible to manufacture a more flexible cable at a lower cost. The cross-sectional diagram is an example in which a conventional original shielded cable is used and surrounded by an insulating coating to form a flat cable.

In the past, the original cable was manually wound onto a wide reel as shown in Figure E, but the cables tend to get tangled, and the later-wound cable gets wedged under the earlier-wound cable, making it impossible to unwind. There are drawbacks. Similarly, as shown in cross-sectional view F, there is also a structure that uses the original cable to wind manually, but since earphone cables are thin, there is no space between the reel and the cable. Because there is no
When the gap is narrowed, winding becomes difficult, and when the gap is widened, the cable bites into the gap, causing the cable to become stuck. In the present invention, the cable is made flat in consideration of winding the cable with a spring, solving the problem of the gap between the reel and the cable, and creating a structure that prevents the cable from twisting.

It is composed of a concentric donut-shaped contact plate 11 and a contact terminal 12 that contacts the donut-shaped contact plate. The donut-shaped contact plate 11 may be mounted on either the rotary reel device 5 or the small chamber 6. Contact terminal 12 is mounted on the opposite side. The contact terminal 12 has a plate spring structure and has two or more contact points for one signal. This enables stable electrical connection.

is pressed onto the rotating reel. By pressing the winding start switch 3, the stop device 9 is lifted 5 from the serrated portion, the rotary reel is rotated by the force of the mainspring, and the cable is wound. If the cable winding speed is too high, pressing the winding start switch more forcefully will reduce the speed due to the friction of the brake section.
