Generally, in order to construct a building, it is necessary to work on the exterior walls, etc., and a work space is required near the building. If a building is constructed with this work space provided, a dead space will be created between the completed building and the adjacent land.

However, as the price of land has soared in recent years, there has been a growing need to increase the efficiency of land as much as possible, and buildings are increasingly being erected to fill the frontage, especially in the case of houses, office buildings, shops, etc. in urban areas.

For this reason, a method has conventionally been used in which construction is carried out from the inside using disposable formwork, but this construction method results in unnecessary expenses such as the use of waste formwork, resulting in high costs. In particular, in unit housing, it is impossible to connect the units on a narrow site, and if construction is done from the inside, it will be done after the rain has cleared, so rainwater may enter the interior and problems such as insulation of internal parts may occur. There were flaws that were easy to cause.

The present invention has been made in order to deal with such conventional circumstances, and it provides a building that can be constructed to fill the boundary line of the site even in a site where an existing building is standing all over the adjacent site. The purpose is to provide a construction method.

In other words, in the building construction method of the present invention, a foundation is installed inward from the adjacent boundary of the site, a unit is installed on this foundation at a position different from its final installation position, and the external construction of this unit is carried out at this different position. After construction, the unit is moved on the foundation and installed at its final installation position.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, foundations 5 and 6 are installed inside the adjacent boundary of a site where an existing building 7 is being erected. At this time, anchor bolts will be inserted later and holes for fixing the unit 1 are provided at the positions on the foundations 5 and 6 where the unit 1 will be finally installed. This basic 5,6
Temporarily place unit 1 on top. The location where this unit 1 is temporarily placed is sufficiently far away from the building 7 on the adjacent land.
The location will be such that a work space can be secured for carrying out external construction work on this unit 1. Next, in the illustrated example, unit 2 is installed on top of unit 1 using a crane.

As shown in FIG. 2, the units 1 and 2 are interconnected, and finishing work such as painting and rain protection work such as draining work and rain gutter work are performed.

That is, in this state, the exterior work of at least the adjacent building 7 side of the units 1 and 2 is completed.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the units 1 and 2 are moved on the foundations 5 and 6, and
Install it at the final installation position of Units 1 and 2, which is located at the very edge of the side property line. Then, at this position, the unit 1 is fixed to the holes provided in the foundations 5 and 6 using anchor bolts, and the holes are filled with cement and finally fixed. In order to move the units 1 and 2 on the foundations 5 and 6, plastic plates such as Teflon having a small coefficient of friction, rails, rollers, etc. are provided on the foundations 5 and 6. Or a plastic board like this,
Instead of installing rails, rollers, etc. on the foundations 5, 6, the units 1, 2 may be lifted up by a crane and moved directly to their final installation position.

Finally, as shown in Fig. 5, construction work between units 1 and 2 and units 3 and 4, including work to structurally connect units 1 and 2 and units 3 and 4 on both sides, exterior wall work, floor construction, etc. We will carry out work on the ceiling, roof, interior, etc., and complete this unit house.

As explained above, in the present invention, the unit is temporarily placed on the foundation at a location away from the adjacent building, and after the external construction is done, the unit is moved on the foundation. It is possible to secure sufficient work space for external work such as finishing work, and it is also possible to erect the building after this external work has been completed as close to the boundary line of the site as possible, making effective use of narrow land. It is something that can be done.
