Claims (1)

にある状態で一定間隔を隔てて並置した複数の圧
着電気接続具1…群を板材2…を介して帯状に一
体連結して成る圧着電気接続具帯3を、前記圧着
電気接続具1…群の並置方向に沿つて順次、前記
一定間隔に相当する一定ピツチづつ間欠的に搬送
する搬送装置6と、この搬送装置6により単位毎
に搬送供給された前記圧着電気接続具1を保持し
て、前記搬送装置6の停止状態で、かつ、電線端
部aが差込まれた前記圧着電気接続具1を前記電
線端部aの差込み方向に直交する方向からの挾圧
作用により圧着する圧着装置7と、前記搬送装置
6及び前記圧着装置7を駆動する駆動装置8とを
備えた圧着機4を、電線間欠搬送装置5の脇に設
けてある圧着設備であつて、前記圧着装置7は、
固定ダイス7Aと、この固定ダイス7Aに相対向
する位置で遠近移動して圧着動作をする可動ダイ
ス7Bとを、前記駆動装置8を装備した固定枠1
0に対して前記電線端部aの前記差込み方向で往
復移動自在に取付けられている可動枠11に一体
的に組付けて、電線端部aの差込み方向に沿つて
往復動自在に構成してあるとともに、前記駆動装
置8は、前記圧着装置7の可動ダイス7Aが、電
線端部aを挾持する挾持保持位置P1と、圧着電
気接続具1を圧潰する圧着切断位置P2と、圧着
作用を解除する許容位置P3とに作用位置を変更
されるように、可動部材9を介して圧着装置7に
連係させてあり、かつ、、前記可動部材9と駆動
装置8とは、可動部材9の前記電線端部a差込み
方向での相対移動を許す連動部9aを介して連係
されており、さらに、前記可動枠11には、前記
電線間欠搬送装置5の搬送停止時にその可動枠1
1を一往復作動させる可動枠駆動機構12を設け
てあり、この可動枠駆動機構12と前記駆動装置
8とを、前記可動ダイス7Aが挾持保持位置P1
にある状態で電線端部aの差込み方向に前記可動
枠11が往移動し、前記可動ダイス7Aが前記許
容位置P3にある状態で前記可動枠11が前記差
込み方向とは逆方向に復移動するように連係させ
てあることを特徴とする圧着設備。
