Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase wide usage in the installation of an air-conditioning machine and improve heat dissipating efficiency as well as the after service of the air-conditioning machine, by a method wherein the angle of fixing screws of an electric appliance setting metal is specified with respect to the direction of fixing screws for a heat dissipating plate. CONSTITUTION:A diode 11, a transistor 12 and the heat sensitive part 13 of a temperature sensor necessary for the protection, of electric appliance are fixed to predetermined positions by screws respectively while a heat dissipating plate 8 and an electric appliance mounting metal 10 are fixed by fixing screws 14 so that the mounting surface of the plate 8 and the contacting surface 10a of the metal 10 are contacted closely through adhesive agent. The contacting surface of both parts are not parallel but are slanted with respect to the axial center of the fixing screws 14 while a rounded part 10b, extended logitudinally, is provided at one end of the slanted surface of the electric appliance attaching metal 10 to secure a gap 15. 板と、放熱を必要とする電装品を固定する電装品取付金
具より構成し、さらに前記放熱板を、前記エアガイダ壁
面に固定される固定部と、この固定部から直角方向に延
出しかつ前記放熱フィンを具備した放熱部と、この放熱
部の背面に設けられた取付は面より構成し、また前記電
装品取付金具に、前記放熱板の取付は面に密着する接触
面と、前記電装品を取付けた電装品面を設け、さらに前
記放熱板の固定部に、放熱板を前記エアガイダ壁面に固
定するネジを設け、さらに前記電装品取付金具を前記放
熱板の固定部へ固定する固定ネジを設け、前記固定ネジ
の延出方向を、前記ネジの延出方向に対して略直角方向
となるようにしたものである。

を設け、前記固定ネジの延出方向を、前記ネジの延出方
