Claims (1)
- フレキシブルプリント板の一方の先端部に対象
とするフラツトパツケージのモールド部分が貫通
可能な大きさの穴を設けると共に、その穴の周辺
にはフラツトパツケージの端子に接触可能な位置
にコンタクト端子を備え、他端にはインサーキツ
ト・エミユレータのＰＯＤ側に接続可能なコネク
タを取り付け、前記コンタクト端子とコネクタと
をフレキシブルプリント板のパターンで結線して
なり、フラツトパツケージの端子あるいはフラツ
トパツケージが取り付けられるターゲツト上のパ
ターンにハンダ付けにより直接接続してプロービ
ングできるように構成したことを特徴とするフラ
ツトパツケージ対応プローブ。
