By making the container revolve around a revolution axis that is tilted to the axis and set so that the directions of the revolution axis and the rotation axis intersect at the center of the container, a flow due to centrifugal force is generated inside the container, which makes it extremely efficient. The present invention relates to a device capable of good mixing and agitation. Note that mixing and stirring as used in the present invention refers to mixing and stirring a solution, a dispersion, or
It refers to mixing at least one substance selected from powder and granules, or simply stirring liquid flowable substances, resulting in effects such as melting, dispersion, washing, heating, evaporation, and reaction. It is something that can be done.

である。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present inventors have made extensive studies to improve the above problems and have completed the present invention. That is, in the present invention, substances to be mixed and stirred are placed in a container, and the rotation axis of the container is inclined with respect to the revolution axis, and the revolution is set so that the intersection of the directions of the rotation axis and the revolution axis is at the center of the container. This is a mixing and stirring device that revolves around an axis.
以下図面により本発明を説明する。The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

Next, the method of supporting the container fixing frame is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. FIG. 2 shows the view from the top, and FIG. 3 shows the view from the side. The container fixing frame is attached to the support frame by diagonal angles xl and x2 that are rotatable around the X axis. Furthermore, the support frame is fixed by fulcrums yl and y2 in the Y-axis direction, which form 90 degrees with the X-axis. yl and y2 are rotatable around the Y axis. In this case, the mixed and stirred material can also be placed in a drum can or the like in the container fixing frame. In this state, by causing the B-axis to revolve around the A-axis by rotating the A-axis, a revolution in the lower part and a revolution in the same direction with a 180' phase in the upper part can be obtained. In other words, the container does not rotate; in other words, it rotates once in the opposite direction during each revolution, so it always faces in a fixed direction. That is, only the centrifugal force rotates in direction as it revolves.

という機構を有する新しい混合撹拌装置である。When a container containing stirred materials is rotated, centrifugal force acts in the outward direction of the rotation. Here, the direction of the revolution axis passes through the center of the tilted container, so there is a difference in distance from the upper and lower revolution axis on both sides of the revolution axis, and this difference becomes the driving force for upstream and downstream movements, and also changes the direction of centrifugal force. This is a new mixing and stirring device that has a mechanism for mixing and stirring.

This paint was transferred to another container, the paint was sampled at three locations at the top, center, and bottom of the can, and these were formed into a film under certain conditions. The color difference was measured using a color difference meter made by Tokyo Juishoku. The value was ΔE=0.05. It should be noted that no paint was observed to adhere to the cut-out top plate, and when the paint near the can wall was wiped off with a rubber spatula, it was found that the paint was evenly mixed up to the can wall.
