Claims (1)
- 固体撮像素子から読出される信号を、該信号の
雑音成分の生じる位相でクランプする手段と該信
号の信号成分の生じる位相でサンプリングホール
ドする手段により前記固体撮像素子から読出され
る信号の雑音成分を除去する様に動作する信号読
出し回路において、前記サンプリングホルドして
いる信号を、前記クランプ手段で用いるパルスで
リセツトするリセツト手段を有したことを特徴と
する固体撮像素子の信号読出し回路。
