図において、１はＴＭ１１０モード型誘電体共
振器、２は枠体、２ａは内壁（対向壁）、２ｂは
外周壁（外側表面）、３は誘電体柱、３ａは誘電
体柱の上端面（一端面）、３ｂは外側面、４は結
合電極膜、６は外電極膜、７は第１延長部、８は
第２延長部である。
