- 端面をベベル加工したセラミツク板の圧電性を
有する部分に圧電振動子を、圧電性有しない部分
にコンデンサを配設し、圧電振動子の厚みすべり
振動を生じない端部とコンデンサの一部とを上記
ベベル加工されている個所に位置させたことを特
徴とするセラミツクフイルタ。
