始指示手段と、 前記トングが前記被移送物を吊下げた時に前記
吊り下げセンサから入力される吊り下げ信号によ
り前記低速巻上げの終了を指令する低速巻上げ終
了指示手段と、 前記低速巻上げが終了してから所定の期間が経
過した後で前記トングの高速巻上げを指令する高
速巻上げ開始指示手段と、をもつことを特徴とす
