り、ひいてはコーナー部bにてよどみを生じ、十
分に混練できないという欠点を有する。

この発明のニーダーの要部は2つの隣接した内
壁にて形成されるコーナー部に設けられた邪魔板
にあり、これをこのコーナー部の駆動軸の中心を
中心としてかくはん羽根を回転して得られる円の
軌跡より上縁に至る適宜な位置に取り付けてなる
ものである。取り付ける際は、ニーダーの製造時
に内壁と同一材質にて一体に加工しても良く、別
体に設けてニーダー製造後に溶接等で取り付けて
も良い。邪魔板の取り付け個数はニーダーに形成
される4つのコーナーのうち、少なくとも1つの
コーナー部に取り付けることで、好ましくは2〜
4個の邪魔板を設けることである。この邪魔板の
形状は上面、下面と3つの側面にて形成されるも
のである。この3つの側面のうちニーダーの内壁
と当接する2つの側面は内壁の当接面に適合した
形状でなければならないが、残る1つの側面は、
如何ようでも良い。代表的な例は、三角柱及びこ
の三角柱のうち、ニーダー内壁と当接しない側面
に凹部を設けたものである。好ましくは下面を前
記かくはん羽根の円の軌跡に対応させて円孤状に
形成させておくと被混練物のよどみがなくなる。

み、混練作業を実施する際、被混練物が、邪魔板
の存在により、内壁7に添つてせり上がりコーナ
ー部でよどみを形成することもなく、各成分が互
いに均一に分散した良好な被混練物が得られる。
したがつて本発明は、従来のニーダーに極めて単
純な構造を有する邪魔板を極めて容易に取り付け
るだけで、コスト高をも招来せずに、本願目的を
達した極めて実用性に富む、ニーダーを提供して
いる。
